Vietnam Airlines' loyal customer community enjoys numerous attractive benefits such as priority at ticket counters, priority check-in, priority boarding, extra checked baggage, use of Business Lounges, and awards for relatives.

Parents/guardians of children aged 2 to under 16 years old can register them for Lotusmiles membership by following the steps below:

• Access the Lotusmiles account on the Vietnam Airlines website or apps;
• Select "My Family" - "Enroll a Child";
• Fill out the form with the required information.

For passengers aged 16 and over, please refer to the Lotusmiles membership registration instructions via Vietnam Airlines' website, app or the Lotusmiles app .
