From December 2017 to November 30, 2018, Vietnam Airlines and Vingroup have started cooperation in a program that allows the conversion of points earned from using VinID card to Lotusmiles miles as per the following mechanism:

 1 Vinpoint = 2 miles

Apply for VinID physical card

How to convert Vinpoints to Lotusmiles miles:

Lotusmiles members access VinID accounts on website www.vinid.net

Click the icon “Convert Vinpoints to Lotusmiles miles”

Input Lotusmiles membership number and click “Verify”.

Input the Vinpoint amount to convert. The corresponding Lotusmiles miles will be displayed on the screen.

Key in the OTP (One Time Password) and click “Proceed” to complete.
